"The Mask of Zorro" (1998)
This was exactly what I expected from hearing Doug Walker talk about it in several of his videos. It's a tightly written, solid, fun action movie that works in the same way as Indiana Jones before it: it has dark undercurrents, but doesn't take itself seriously and has a lot of fun with its concept. Aside from the gleeful action scenes, the characters are what real... read more

" A fun, rossing, action packed movie which tells the story of Alejandro Murrieta, a thief who takes on the mantel of Zorro in order to avenge his brother’s death, from an aging Zorro. It’s fun for all ages, and a real blast of a movie. Antonio Banderas, and Anthony Hopkins are great in the film, but however Catherine Zeta Jones as Helena, ended up winning over many. The film itself ended up, with a sequel years afterwards."

Catherine Zeta Jones is lovely beyond words as Elena, and Stuart Wilson play” read more
"He learns things way too fast, but he doesn't completely dominate other skillful fighters so ... is not that bad. The barn scene is weird and probably not acceptable anymore. The conflict of having two fathers is not properly explored. And having memories from where you were a baby is fantastical bullshit, but nice, I guess. It is a fun film that works for the most part."
