“I already saw this movie but, since it has such a strong reputation (it is included in the '1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die' list, among other things), I thought I might as well check it out again. Well, to be honest, I was surprised by how little I remembered it and, in fact, it turned out to be also much more random than I remembered. Seriously, if it would have been slightly more focused on this really entertaining tale of Tampopo and the make over of her noodle shop, it would have been amazing but I'm afraid I didn't care much about all these really random scenes constantly popping up without a warning.
