Honestly, I had some really low expectations about this flick but, somehow, my kids ended up buying the dvd so I still had to watch the damned thing (and since we have the dvd, I even watched it a couple of times by now…). Whether you're black or white or black and white it's for the kids... but only for the kids. It's now a classic example of lazy filmmakers using the talking animal gimmick as a crutch.

An abandoned zebra (voice of Frankie Muniz) grows up believing he is a racehorse, and, with the help of his barnyard friends and a teenage girl (Hayden Panettiere), sets out to achieve his dream of racing with thoroughbreds.
