"I did not expect this to be as funny as it is. The opening is something I am certain Wes Anderson loves. But it maintains an earthly, relatable charm unlike his often fantastical visions. The structure is a fascinating smorgasbord of events that subsequently highlight the tragedy of our hero and the silliness of operating a train station under the reich. Impotence is a very apt focal point for such a story."
