"Mad Monster Party?" was produced by Arthur Rankin and Jules Bass and released in 1967. This is a nostalgic childhood favorite of mine, as it would air on TV around Halloween back in the late '70s and early '80s. "Even though they sported a stop-motion technique that, even by the standards of the time, came off as rather "rudimentary", Rankin and Bass were probably the rock'n'roll TV animation studio for kids who, such as myself, grew up during 1970's.
