Freedomland? More like FreeDUMBland. How did the writers of this movie possibly think they could draw out and highlight the existence of racial separation still found throughout the US with such a weak plot revolving around the worst performance of Julianne Moore's career? I mean seriously, it was a poor attempt to bring awareness to the American public.

I just watched this one on cable and would say that this was a good place to see it. Jackson is pretty good as usual and Julianne Moore plays her character pretty well. This was a murder mystery and the mystery part of it wasn't really all that strong. As the movie moves forward, you can tell pretty quickly where it is going.
