Gustavo "Gus" Fring

Sociopath. Creepily friendly and accommodating to strangers. Omniscient.

Ben Linus

He was incredibly manipulative and a great liar, and he seemed to have amazing connections. Aaaand he was super creepy.

Dexter Morgan

True, he's the "hero" of the series, but in terms of getting what he wants and ensuring he's not caught, he's aces. He's a lovable villan.

Roman Nevikov

A guy faked his own death so he wouldn't be killed by Roman. Roman locked people in a small room under his club. He had FBI agents under his thumb. Pretty much anyone that he knew probably had to fear for their lives on a daily basis.

The mysterious "A" is everywhere, and seems to know what all of the girls are doing at any second of the day. He manipulates Spencer, Hanna, Aria and Emily into destroying their happiness and those that are close to them. The closer they get to figuring out what happened to Alison, the worse A becomes...and sometimes tries to kill them.

Heather Taffet, aka "The Gravedigger"

Taffet buried Brennan and Hodgins in a car, and trapped Booth on a sub that was rigged to blow. Not to mention the handful of other people she buried alive, including two small boys. Having her head blown off was too good for her.

Red John

He uses his victims' blood to draw smiley faces on the wall. And taunts Jane to no end with each murder he commits, basically laughing in his face.

Tyler Brennan

He was so weaselly and creepy and greedy. And a tad murderous.

Mr. Yin

His murders were attributed to his daughter, who went by Yang, and he led the crew through an Alfred-Hitchcock-themed episode while setting up several characters for death. And he killed Mary, who was cool and "got high on string cheese."

Sue Sylvester

She hates the glee club (and Will) with a passion, and thus does everything in her power to bring them down. Very manipulative.

Mr. Burns

He's always got some villainous plan cooking up, and he's evilly greedy.

The Devil

He owns Sam's soul due to a deal Sam's mother made before he was born. He forces Sam to be his Hell bounty hunter, and if he refuses, his mother's soul will be The Devil's. And, he's The Devil.
