The Obligitory Favorite Film List

For many, this is the gateway action film. It paved the way for pointless knock-offs that only focus on the stunts, spectacle and technicality, and ignore the story, humanity, and emotion. T2 has all six. It is easy to follow while it remains intricate and complex. The reason why it is so low is because it is amazing when you first see it, but after repeat viewings it's like "okay. Now what?" Maybe the best film from James Cameron before he became a hack director.
