Hands on a Hardbody: The Documentary

The kind of reality tv you can't take your eyes away from. A concept that sounds kind of silly at first but then as the physical and mental endurance takes its toll, it becomes something fascinating and awe inspiring.

The fact that a contestant at a later event committed suicide makes this even more of a must see.

A list of the best documentaries that I have seen and that come to mind at time of writing. I may have forgotten some great ones or have yet to see some great ones and thus they did not make the list.

I wanted to add the HBO documentaries High On Crack Street: Lost Lives In Lowell and Assault In The Ring, but was unable to locate them on the database.

I'm always open to suggestions, especially recent documentaries.
