Hardly ever find Umbrella Ent DVDs or BRs, so I was stoked to find this newer DVD release. A classic post-apocalyptic movie from New Zealand.
I was holding out for the Shout Factory Blu-ray, but I was able to find a newer DVD release for 2 bucks so yeah, I'll take it.
Judgment at Nuremberg (1961)
Never saw this but always heard good things, found the Kino Lorber Classics DVD for $2.
Love this movie, always wanted it on the Blu but I'll take the DVD for now.
Frenzy (1972)
Highly underrated Hitchcock film that has him working more in the modern slasher vibe, and the damn thing is a hoot. Found the remastered DVD for the collection.
I hadn't seen this since I was a kid when it played a lot on HBO, this one's probably more nostalgia than substance but hey it needs to be in the collection.
The Dream Team (1989)
I don't recall ever seeing this one, but a late 80's comedy with Michael Keaton, Christopher Lloyd, Peter Boyle and that fat kid from Animal House sounds great to me.
I was going through some old Tai Seng releases and realized that I never saw this one but one of the reviews on the case read "some of the most aggressive acrobatics ever committed to celluloid." Say no more, I need to own it. (purchased used on ebay for 95 cents)

Lady Snowblood (1973)
When I won the auction for the Moon Warriors I was going through the seller's other items and came across a DVD 2-pack of Lady Snowblood 1 & 2 also for 95 cents. Big fan of these movies so was glad to pick this one up as well.
Master Z: Ip Man Legacy (2018)
As a huge fan of Yuen Woo Ping, I naturally need to see everything he made and since I never saw this one I had to pick it up at the Dollar Tree for $1.25.
The Hitcher (1986)
I was holding out for the Blu-ray which has yet to be released, but when I came across a newer DVD version for 2 bucks I had to buy it. The transfer is pretty trash, but will at least hold me over until the Blu-ray gets released.
Parenthood (1989)
Probably one of the stand out comedies of the late 80s and a precursor to the Judd Apatow style of filmmaking, I was surprised that I didn't already own this on DVD. I came across the newer digitally remastered special edition and had to buy it for 2 bucks.
The Great Train Robbery (1978)
Never saw this, but Sean Connery + Donald Sutherland in a Michael Crichton movie? I'm in. Found the newer Kino Lorber DVD for $1.25.
If Looks Could Kill (1991)
This movie was awesome when I was 13, no idea how well it holds up today but I stumbled across the Warner Archive DVD for $2 and couldn't resist.
The Mangler (1995)
Another Warner Archive find, I vaguely recall seeing this in the theaters as a teenager so looking forward to checking it out again.
It's really a crime that I've never seen this, I mean Walter Hill, Gene Hackman, Jason Patric, baby-faced Matt Damon, and Wes Studi at the center of it all? I think it's time, let's go.
Morons from Outer Space (1985)
This is another one I vaguely recall seeing in my childhood, but I watched about 30 seconds of the trailer and that was all I needed to complete the purchase. Looking forward to it.
Never heard of this one but it's a gritty heist movie from Sidney Lumet with an early Christopher Walken appearance. I found the "Martini Movies" edition which was kind of odd but I'll take it.
Born to Fight (2004)
I stumbled across this at a Good Will years ago and passed on it because I had no idea what it was, instantly regretted that when I saw the trailer and learned about it's reputation as a dangerous, stunt heavy production. So I was very happy to find it again at an indoor flea market for 2 bucks.

Always amazes me the kind of stuff I find out there in the wild.
