Note: I wanted to check out this movie when it was out in theaters and missed out on it. It was the first thing that I watched at the start of the new year and I thought it was really good for the most part.

Great acting, cool characters and the movie was very stylish to look at. I do think the movie did drag because the pacing at times felt like it was a bit slow at times. Overall, I dig this movie.

Note: I never saw this movie when it was out in theaters due to me being busy with college at the time. It's also the very few Paul Thomas Anderson movies that I never saw. I really wanted to like this movie, but I was let down by it.

I dig the idea of the movie, but the movie was way too slow for me. One hour of movie feels like three hours. I remember a lot of people loved this movie, but I could not get into it.

My friend dragged me to see this movie because I had nothing else to do. The movie has some cool puzzles for the characters to solve and the set designs look great. Everything else about this movie is pretty mediocre and is nothing that special. You are better off watching Cube (1997) instead.

This is the Constantine movie that I waited for and it was so much better than the shitty Constantine live-action movie from the mid-2000s. The story and animation were very good. The movie also did a great job of capturing the horror and violent atmosphere of the comics. I want this to do well to get more Constantine animated movies. I also recommended this to people who like the other Western adult animation series like the Netflix Castlevania series since they both have a similar vibe to them.

I'm not the biggest fan of this movie, but I still consider it to be a good movie in my opinion. The acting is great and the movie has amazing visuals. It's a solid creative heist thriller. However, the movie never wow me like most people did.

I thought Paparika and The Cell did a better job on the themes of being in the mind of people better in my honest opinion. Memento is still Nolan's best movie easily if you ask me.

I decided to check out this movie on Netflix after hearing great things about it. I loved this movie for being atmospheric. When watching this movie, I felt like I was actually there with the characters being trapped inside the wood. You can feel the atmosphere of the wilderness when watching this movie which is why I love this movie.

I also really like how dark and creepy that this movie can be at times. This movie had me on the edge of my seat. Highly recommended checking out this movie on Netflix.

This is another movie that I missed out on when it came out due to College. I thought this movie was great from start to finished. I love the dark, gritty and realistic tone to it. The movie is a thriller/drama than a straight-up action movie. If you are watching this movie and hoping it will be like John Wick, you will probably be let down.

I got this movie for dirt cheap at a Good Will Store and I always wanted to check this movie out for a while now. I thought it was a really good comedy movie with some good talks about God and the meaning of life. I also really like the characters in this movie and how they all connect with each other. Highly recommended this movie.

I decided to check out the Super Duper Cut of the movie which has 15 minutes of more footage. Not much else can be said about this movie that has not been said already. The movie is just as good as the first, if not better in my opinion.

I loved The Void (2016) and I wanted to see other movies from the same crew. This movie was another surprising good hit that was surprisingly funny. The movie is a throwback to the classic Giallo movies that are similar to movies like The New York Ripper, Murder Rock, Torso, Deep Red, and A Lizard in a Woman's Skin.

Over all, it was a very good homage flick. Worth checking out if you are a fan of the Giallo genre. I can't wait to see the other movies from Astron-6.

A great sequel to a great movie in my opinion. Emily Blunt's character not returning is a letdown for me, but I get why they didn't want her back since she won't fit into the story. I did love her role in the first movie for being a strong female lead character with a good story arc from start to finish.

If you like the soberingly, and realistic gritty tone that the first movie had, you will probably like the sequel as well.

I was stuck inside during the snow and I thought this movie would make good viewing. I haven't seen this movie since it came out and I still enjoy it. This is an underrated gem from this decade that most people have not seen sadly (I first saw this movie a few years before Disney did their Frozen movie).

I really like how you can feel the cold atmosphere in this movie. The chilling atmosphere really works because you can feel the fear and suspense that the characters are going through. Not to mention, some of the death scenes in this movie are really good and have a realistic feel to them. This is one gem that more people should check out in my opinion.

Another Paul Thomas Anderson movie that I never seen before and I end up liking it a lot. The movie did a great job showing American culture post-World War II and people joining cults. It is very well directed, acted and written. The movie is over 2 hours long and the movie does not feel super long at all. While the movie is not on the same level as Boogie Nights or There will be Blood, I still recommended it. Worth watching.

My friend recommended this movie to me and it was fantastic. The movie was relaxing and beautiful to watch. It was a very intelligent, thought-provoking movie that touches on the core of the human condition. I also enjoy the simple slice of life feeling to it because the movie shows the every day life of most people in Japan as well. I highly recommended this movie.

I'm a big fan of the Dragon Ball series, and I was hyped up to see what the series creator (Akira Toriyama) would do next for the series. I always enjoy Dragon Ball for what it is and my theater was packed with fans. Seeing the movie on the big screen with a large group of people was so much fun.

I also have a soft spot for Broly because I saw the old Broly movies on fan subbed VHS tapes long before the dub for them exist. The movie is a lot of fun and I dig Toriyama's take on Broly better than the original version. The animation has that old school look to it which does a good job on capturing the nostalgia of the older Dragon Ball TV shows and movies. Everything else is fine for what it is. I Recommended it if you are a fan of the series.

After hearing good things about this movie, I decided to check it out. While it was a good movie, it was far from being great. The plot is pretty cliche, but I did like the psychological suspenseful feeling that this movie had. The movie didn't had any dumb jumpscares and the acting was very good. The movie had some dumb character moments without me going to spoilers. Overall, I like it and I Recommend renting it.

I haven't seen this movie in over a decade. I still love this movie after so many years. I think I enjoy this movie way more than I did the first time I saw it when I was a teenager. The movie has a great cast of characters with a heartwarming story that will also make you cry as well. If you haven't seen this movie yet, you should do that right now!

Before I see Glass, I decided to re-watch Unbreakable because I haven't seen it since it came out on VHS back in 2001. I'm surprised how well this movie holds up after nearly 20 years later. I always dig Shyamalan's take on the superhero genre for how creative and original it is. This movie didn't do so well when it came out, but I'm glad that more people like the movie these days. Overall, Unbreakable is a great movie and it is a superhero movie for people that hate superheroes.

Now is a good time to revisit the movie while Glass is still playing in theaters.

I haven't seen this movie in a long time and this movie holds up very well. The direction and the character development that this movie has is top notch. Just like with American Psycho, the story is up for interpretation on what really happen or not. This movie is a great thrill ride from start to finish. If you haven't seen this movie, go watch it now on Amazon Prime. It's currently free to watch on Amazon Prime at the moment.

Not David Lynch's best movie, but still a great movie. I feel like this movie holds up very well. It's a great mystery thriller from start to finish that is very well directed. Unlike Eraserhead, this movie is more easier to follow and is not super abstract. I highly recommended this movie.

Not a great movie by any means, however, it is probably one of Lundgren's best movie in a long time. The movie felt like a cheesy 80s action movie and cheesy 80s horror movie mixed into one. The movie has a lot of practical gore and death scenes that look really good at times. There is one splatter massacre scene in the movie that is pretty nuts.

The story is pretty silly and makes no sense at times, but at least it didn't take itself too seriously and the characters are a bit self aware on how dumb it can be at times. Check it out on Netflix if you enjoy cheesy violent movies.

I first saw this movie was 8 years old when it came out with my Dad and haven't seen it since then. 20 something years later, I decided to rent this movie off from Amazon Prime and I really enjoy it. My family rented this movie and I decided to watch it with them after hearing good things about this movie. This movie was surprisingly good. This movie had amazing cinematography because everything in this movie was wonderful to look at. The characters in this movie were very well done with the relationship between the main character and the wolf.

This movie is won't win any Academy Awards, but it still a pretty solid family film. Worth renting at your local Red Box or any streaming service.

I'm glad that I saw this movie because this movie is so bad it’s hilarious. This is a fun cheesy 80s horror movie filled with bad acting, great death scenes and cheesy dialogue. I would rate this movie higher if the pacing for this movie didn't suck. The movie has a slow start before anything actually happens. Overall, I recommend this movie if you enjoy bad cheesy movies.

I decided to rent this movie because it was cheap to rent. This movie was a fun killer Big Foot movie. While the movie is nothing original (the movie is just Predator with Big Foot) and the acting can be pretty bad at times, I still had a good time watching it. The practical effects for this movie are awesome and there is like no CG at all in this film. This movie has many gruesome and graphic deaths that are awesome to watch.

Don't watch this movie for anything original or high art. I recommend this movie if you want to watch a fun gory film.

I decided to watch this movie because it was on the Listal's 100 Films To See Before You Die (2019) list. I'm not a fan of this movie to be honest. The acting was good and the cinematography was great, but I really did not like the main character. The main character ends up being a total dick and lies to his best friend about everything. Not to mention some of the humor felt very cringey.

I'm glad that I saw this movie because I remember I wanted to check it out when it was playing in theaters back in 2016. I doubt that I will watch it again.

This movie may be the first shitty movie of 2019. This movie looks like it could have been a cool throwback to the old Charles Bronson action movies, and it wasn't. This movie really wants to be the next John Wick and fails terribly.

The story is boring and most of the movie is filled with action movie cliches. This movie is a chore to sit through because I didn't care what was going on in the movie. Also, this movie tries to be super edgy with some of the torture scenes, unnecessary death scenes and the dumb tragic flashback that happens later on this movie.

I'm someone adores mindless violent trash and this movie can't even do THAT right. Just avoid this movie and watch something else instead like John Wick, the old Death Wish movies or The Night Comes for Us.

I'm taking a British film class for extra credit and our teacher decided to play this movie as the first movie for the semester. This movie was very well shot and directed for a movie that came out in 1916. It was pretty neat to see real WWI footage that shot during that time period. Everything else about this movie is alright. I give it credit for what it is.

I haven't seen this movie in forever and decided to watch it again on Netflix. Probably one of the weakest movies in the Friday the 13th series, but it still has its moments. Jason's design in this movie is really cool and the movie has some cool death scenes (The one guy melting to death was really cool). I think the biggest issue with the movie is that Jason is in another person's body during 98% of the movie and his death could have been handle better.

I still take this movie over the 2009 Friday the 13th remake though. I only recommended this movie to the fans of the series.

I also have no plans on seeing the remake that came out over a year ago.
