In Short:
Based on a real serial killer, Wong Chi Hang is one evil, ruthless and cheating bastard, portrayed perfectly by Anthony Wong.
He kills just to satisfy his greed and murders anyone who dare to snitch on him.
He shows no remorse, and he won't even admit his actions.

The Worst Part:
He kills the previous owner of a restaurant together with his wife, his mother and all of their children by gruesomely dismembering them and making meat-buns of their flesh.

Ruth Chandler portrayed by Blanche Baker


In Short:
A cold and vindictive hag that tortures two young girls mentally and physically for no apparent reason.

The Worst Part:
She manipulates the children in the neighborhood to torture the girls. She even hits the younger sister, who uses crutches, in front of the older sister every time the older sister "misbehaves".

In Short:
A psychopathic film-director who ruins the lives of an aging porn-star and his family.

The Worst Part:
Everything he does is evil, but the moment where he shows the main character a scene where some guy rapes a newborn, really sticks out...

Chris Cleek portrayed by Sean Bridgers


In Short:
A total misogynist that terrorizes his wife and daughters, captures and tortures a feral woman, all while teaching his evil son to do as he do.

The Worst Part:
He has sex with his daughter (off-screen and only hinted at), he beats his wife, and he feeds a woman to another feral-dog-woman.

Caligula portrayed by Malcolm McDowell


In Short:
A crazed, murderous, and incestuous madman who happens to become the emperor of Rome.

The Worst Part:
Fisting, sexually assaulting and humiliating a friend and his wife, just after their own wedding.

Zé do Caixão portrayed by José Mojica Marins


In Short:
A murdering madman that has no problems with raping women and backstabbing all the people he know.

The Worst Part:
During a bar-fight, he brutally whips someone a dozen times and pokes some other poor soul's eyes out.

Kakihara portrayed by Tadanobu Asano


In Short:
Probably the most sadistic and downright evil Yakuza boss you'll ever come across.
He loves torturing his victims, and fighting him is useless- He's a masochist.

The Worst Part:
Torturing a fellow Yakuza boss with the use of hooks, sharp objects and boiling oil. All while giggling.

Patrick Bateman portrayed by Christian Bale


In Short:
Yuppie, well-dressed, successful, and a complete sociopath.

The Worst Part:
While the ending shows that none of the murders really happened, the things shown are still pretty horrific, and the character's personality is absolutely repulsive.

Frank Cotton portrayed by Sean Chapman


In Short:
A thrill-seeking criminal that gets turned into a skinless, bloodthirsty monster.

The Worst Part:
Murdering his own brother and wearing his skin to trick his niece into trusting him.

Julia Cotton portrayed by Clare Higgins


In short:
As the scornful, sadistic and depraved lover of Frank, she's equally as bad as him (She gets a thousand times worse in the terrific sequel, Hellbound).

The worst part:
Devouring dozens of women to regenerate her body, and sucking the brain right out of a terrified mental patient.

Dr. Philip Channard



In Short:
A brilliant, but twisted doctor, devoted to solving the lament configuration box.

The worst part:
Handing a straight razor to a mental patient suffering from hallucinations of bugs crawling in his skin...
