Aliens: Colonial Marines - Xbox 360
Really wanted to love this games. I waited since 2006 for this game and all of the trailers for the game look epic. The game end up being a huge slap in the face for fans that waited half a decade for this game. The AI and story mode is fucking awful. The story was dull and uninspired. The online modes are a lot of fun and is the only thing good that this game has to ofter.

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts - Xbox 360
I loved Banjo Kazooie since I was a kid and I waited almost a decade for the next game. I really didn't like the new designs for Banjo & Kazooie at all and I wish they stick with their classic designs instead. The gameplay didn't feel like Banjo Kazooie game at all. I also hate that the text in the game is so small that only people with a HD TV can only read it.

Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex - PlayStation 2
While I didn't like Crash as much I did with Spyro, I did enjoy most of the Crash Bandicoot games. I pretty let down by this game as the story was forgettable and I remember the level designs were pretty bad. The game itself feel like a big step down compare to the first few games. At the time, this was Crash's first next generation game and it didn't live up to the hype.

Devil May Cry 2 - PlayStation 2
This game is a huge step down compare to the first game. The game was way too easy and the main villain feel like a bad cheesy bond villain in my opinion. Dante's new personally was really bad since he barley talked at all and lack the charm of the Dante that we all loved from the first game.
Capcom was lucky enough to make Devil May Cry 3 into an awesome game a couple years later.

Dino Crisis 3 - Xbox
I remember waiting for the next Dino Crisis after the second game and this game sucked big time! The controls are broken and the game was not a real Dino Crisis game at all. The game is pretty much if you have Jurassic Park meets Jason X. They slap the Dino Crisis name on to it and hope it would sell well. Sadly, the game bombed and we never saw another Dino Crisis game again.

Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII - PlayStation 2
I remember I was really hype up at the time that Vincent Valentine was going to get his own game. I used to be a huge fan boy of the character and the game didn't meet up to my expectations. The game was boring and the game was another generic third person shooter. They made it even worst when they took out the online play in the R1 release of the game.

Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi - Xbox 360
This game did look pretty awesome when they first show it off in 2011. The graphics looked awesome, you can create your own character, you had a open world story mode and new animated cut scenes. Instead we got a lackluster story mode, a bad create a character mode and an awful combat system. The game was so frustrating that I found myself smashing all of the buttons just to win one battle.
I think the best thing about this game was that the graphics did look great and the new animation cut scenes were awesome to watch.

Duke Nukem Forever - Xbox 360
While I did had fun playing this game, I can admit that it was a pretty big let down. 15 years of waiting and this is what we get? A game with long loading times, poor framerates, over all a complete waste of potential and money. This is the not true Duke Nukem game that we been waiting for.
AVPGuyver21's rating:

Final Fantasy XII - PlayStation 2
To me, this was when Final Fantasy was going down hill. I know most people didn't enjoy Final Fantasy X but I really enjoy it. Final Fantasy XII didn't play like a Final Fantasy game at all. I didn't like the new gameplay that they went for because I always been a fan of the turn base gameplay system that the other games had. I also found the story and characters forgettable. The game did had some good things about it like the amazing art direction and the soundtrack.

Final Fantasy XIII - PlayStation 3
Hard to believe they made a game even worst the Final Fantasy XII in my opinion. I hated the new battle system since it's way too easy and their is like no strategy at all. I feel like most of the fights in this game can be completed with one button.
The game didn't feel so limited on where you can go. At least Final Fantasy XII from what I can remember feel like that you can travel across places instead one big straight path. While the graphics and music are nice, the story and characters are forgettable as well. I hope Square Enix will try to bring back Final Fantasy back to it's roots.

Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds - Xbox 360
I admit that I did had fun with this game, but it could have been so much better. The X factor was broken as hell and people can easily spam the hell out of it. The single play modes were lack luster outside of Arcade mode. I hear Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is better, but the first game was too big of a let down for me to give it another chance.

Quake 4 - PC Games
The first real Quake game since Quake 2. It was a launch title for the 360 back in 2005, but I played it on my friend's PC instead. This game was so forgettable and the game didn't fee anything special that the first few Quake games did. I'm hoping that Doom 4 won't be big of a let down compare to Quake 4.
Sonic the Hedgehog - Xbox 360
Sonic's 15th anniversary and they try to give us a epic game. I remember the early demo for the game shown off having day and night scenes, and really awesome gameplay. Instead we got a game that was broken and buggy as hell. The controls are confusing and the loading times are a pain to sit through. This would be the last Sonic game that I played until I got Sonic Generations for my birthday last year. Play that game instead.
AVPGuyver21's rating:

Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly - PlayStation 2
Being a Spyro fan growing up, I remember waiting the next couple of years for the next game to come out. I got the game for Christmas in 2002 and I was disappointed by it. The story was weak and unoriginal (could have they made a new villain instead of bring back a old one?). The graphics looked awful, the loading times are so long and the frame rate in this game will give you a headache.
AVPGuyver21's rating:

Turok - Xbox 360
I loved the old Turok games on the N64 and I was hoping that this game would be a improvement over Turok: Evolution. The game was generic FPS with Dinosaurs. It was boring and it didn't had the charm that the original games had.

These are the games that I thought were disappointing and could have been so much better. You are free to agree or disagree with these choices since they are my personal picks. If I made any mistakes then let me know.
