I don't really need to explain this one. I wasn't surprised at all to learn that, when it was in the theatres, some sick fucks were laughing during the atrocities.

Savage Messiah (2002)
This one is based on the true story of cult leader Roch "Moses" Theriault. It managed to be really disturbing despite having relatively little violence - much of the violence was not actually shown.
Interesting fact: Some of the things that Theriault did in real life, that weren't mentioned in the film but were in the book, are things that even Eli Roth would find too extreme.

Martyrs (2008)
The greatest horror movie ever made, Martyrs is definitely too much of a downer to see more than once.

Breathe (2014)
Like I said in another list, this one is great, but too much of a downer to see more than once.

The Siege (1998)
This one is truly a masterpiece. Unfortunately, when I saw it in the movie theatre, it freaked me out too much to see again.
ChihuahuaDaddy's rating:

Another great emotional one starring Denzel Washington. Just like with the Siege, they did too damn good of a job on this one. Watching it made me quite angry toward the medical business (I call it the Medical Mafia) of the USA.
Why is it that, in the USA, health care is a privilege? A lot of Americans will defend the right to own guns (which I'm OK with BTW), but consider the right to healthcare to be a communist plot.

ChihuahuaDaddy's rating:

This is a list of movies that are truly great, yet are too disturbing to see more than once - at least to me.
