Story mode was shit, single player content in general is pretty shit. Game plays fine. I'm just not passionate about this one like I was V or the ones on PS2.

This game is mostly a positive. Of course a lot of scrutiny is going to be shown to this game, by myself especially, so I do have a lot of complaints but I mean, I can't really imagine a much better outcome. This game actually made me appreciate Spyro 1 a lot more than I did before, I really enjoyed it this time. The other two are the other two, except it felt like they didn't get the time to properly test Spyro 3. Anyways, it's a good.

Tetris Effect - PlayStation 4

I beat the main story of this in probably less than an hour. I guess that seems slightly disappointing but honestly there's endless stuff to do in this game. It's Tetris. That said, the final level of the story was such a satisfying level of difficult that I felt great when I beat it. This series of games are really good at this. I spent 4 hours last night playing Tetris. Tetris. I had no idea it was four hours, felt like maybe two, but it was four.

Dead Space 3 - Xbox 360

if Dead Space was Alien, and Dead Space 2 was Aliens... I think you get where I'm going with this. At it's heart it still has the great mechanics of Dead Space even if all the surrounding design choices have gone to shit. I didn't have a problem getting through this one, except that it took me 3 years to get back to it. Building weapons is fun I guess.

Sometimes a game comes along that makes it seem like game design is easy. Then a new Sonic game comes out and you remember that it's really, really hard.

This game is interesting. The meat of it is in GHTV but the story mode is GH Live. Now if you were to take GH Live on it's own, ignoring the new control scheme and just looking at the songs this would be by far the worst guitar game setlist. Except Band Hero and LEGO Rock Band I guess. But there's GHTV. The concept, if you don't know is that there's a massive amount of songs but you don't really have full access to them. You can either play them as they come on one of two channels that are constantly streaming, or you can use "plays" to pick any of the GHTV songs that you want. Of course, you can buy "plays" with real money. You earn them extremely occasionally throughout playing GHTV. Now, I said "massive" but it's really not that many, it's literally the same thing every single day, and most of the ones that are there are pretty shit. Not much more to say about that.
Still, the game is fun. I find it hard to stop playing, and I think it's entirely due to the new controller. If this exact setlist was on a regular Guitar Hero game I would hate that game. It's a new challenge, and it's a lot of fun.
The only other thing to really talk about is the aesthetic and I don't have that much to say about it. It's awful. It's really bad. In GHTV you just watch the music video, and that's really not a bad choice at all I guess, it just seems a bit lazy. I do enjoy it. But in GH Live you have a fake band fake playing the song in front of a bunch of extras who have to overact. Either they FUCKING LOVE YOU or they want you to die. Ugh, and the band plays to the camera and the whole thing is just super cringeworthy. That is, when it works. Most of the time it's choppier than the Drake Passage.
I don't even know how I feel about this game but I want to keep playing it so ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ

I basically beat this within a couple days of launch but I just didn't go and fight Ganon. Now I did that. It's been too long for me to write about this game, but it's obviously amazing.

Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward - PlayStation Vita

The story is the main focus here, to be honest I wouldn't have played this game if I knew that I'd have to be pressing X at least 20,000 times to get through the dialogue. I mean I knew there was gonna be a lot of dialogue, but fuck. The biggest problem is the game doesn't just encourage backtracking and going through other story paths, but actually requires it to get the whole story. Now, that would be okay but this means treading through exposition you've heard 4 times already. Another problem is the characters are fucking retarded and they figure things out minutes after I do, and I have to skip through several lines too many of their shock at the obvious.
"What happens if our bracelets get to zero!?!?!"
"Well....... then...... you get...... penalized...."
"but what could that mean!!?!?!???!??!?"
"Oh.... I think you know..... what it.... means...."
"No!!!!! What is it!!!??!??"
"It means...... you....... die!"
-DBZ montage of every character being shocked-
(I'm only exaggerating a little)
Despite that, the story is cool, and the actual gameplay of the escape rooms is mostly fairly difficult and fun. I know I complained a lot but I like this game.
