Vicente "Chente" Fernandez is perhaps the greatest Mexican singer of all time. His renditions of two of my favorite songs, "el Rey" (the king) and "Volver, Volver" (to return, to return) are amazing.

Her music in general is great but I especially love "Don't Know Why".

Oh, where to start? They can sing pretty much any song and do it very well.

Adele is one of the greatest musical talents ever to come from the United Kingdom. My favorites of her songs include "Rolling in the Deep" and "Skyfall". While her Skyfall song is an excellent Bond theme, it is also a great song in its own right.

While most of this Mexican band's music is just OK, their satirical song "Frijolero"("Beaner")is one of my favorites. It's a catchy satire of the U.S./Mexican border issue. It's clear that Molotov is not afraid of controversy, as another one of their songs is called "Chinga Tu Madre" (literally "Fuck Your Mother!")

Ekaterina Tsvetaeva plays Russian classics on the violin, combining tradition with pop styles. Her version of the Russian classic "Kоробеиникыи" ("Korobeiniki", "Peddlers") is great.

Natalya "Glukoza" Ionova's "Танцуй, Россия" ("Dance, Russia") is extremely catchy, but in a good way. My Russian isn't fluent, but I could tell that she sings about having a beautiful ass.
