A big plus from a darkly humorous and surreal film-within-a-film with Jean-Luc Godard and Anna Karenina."

"I had great expectations for this film, but ultimately it was just a big "meh". Kate Winslet is irritating in his role and overacts. Melanie Lynskey is really good only when she`s doing the "psycho-stare". The story doesn`t hold up it`s interest factor to the middle of the movie, but builds it up a little to the end. Effects are excellent though, but that`s what you`ll expect from a Peter Jackson-film."

The first part - that I`d like to call "the drama part"- builds tension slowly to the so-called "action part", where all the effects of miniturization are fully used. Special effects have gathered a little bit dust, but it is still better than plain old CGI."
