Every year for the past 11 years me and several of my buddies have a silly little awards night, it's really just an excuse to get drunk. We usually do it in January when we can all find a weekend where everyone is free. If you're wondering what Blas Bloos means I'm afraid that's an inside joke I simply can't share.
We have 7 categories: Best Movie, Worst Movie, Most Disappointing Movie, Best Actor, Best Actress, Favorite Character and Hottest Lady.
It started with 4 of us but now we have 7. We use a large dry erase board for the awards. We then each have a top 5 list for each category and then roll dice to see who goes first before each category. Then in order we put the nominees on the board if someone puts your nominee go to the next one on your list. Our one rule is you can't vote for your own nomination. Once the board is filled we each go and put a check next to one of the nominees and simply whatever has the most checks wins. In case of a tie I have a replica Two-Face coin and we flip that.
I broke up the list in 2 parts, part 1 will be the three movie categories and part 2 will be the actor and actress categories.
