Seijun Suzukin elokuvassa parodioidaan miehistä machokulttuuria ja siitä syntyviä fasistisia järjestöjä, joissa pullistellaan toisten hakkaamisella ja tyhjänpäiväisellä tappelulla, jota tehdään vain siksi, että voidaan olla muiden silmissä kovia. Ymmärrän hyvin, mitä elokuva parodioi, mutta sen huumori ei aivan nappaa mukaansa."
