"It is 1941 in China and Jackie Chan is Ma Yuan who leads a group of freedom fighters that steal a train in order to blow up a bridge that is on a vital key military transportation route for the Japanese. This is the 3rd collaboration between Jackie and director Sheng Ding (the previous were Little Big Soldier and Police Story: Lockdown). It's a fun action comedy but don't come here expecting to see Jackie doing his usual martial arts hi-jinx and death defying stunts. There's plenty of action tho"
