1001 Movies ... my own version (1940's) (90 movies items)" Notes: To be honest, it turned out to be rather hard to judge this movie after all. Indeed, the first issue was that I saw a very nasty version on YouTube (seriously, the first scenes taking place during the night were borderline unwatchable). “I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this flick but since it was directed by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger, I was quite eager to check it out. Well, to be honest, it turned out to be rather hard to judge this movie after all.
