Actual Score: 19%. "Cats" is a woefully misguided and dreadful moviegoing experience that's an assault on the ears (thanks to lackluster singing) and the eyes (with its hideous character designs). But it's undeniably a fascinating movie.
I'd only recommend it to the extremely and morbidly curious crowd.
