Hooked on High Heels - Axewitch
This album screams for 80's! Maybe more commercial sound on this release, heavy bass, rocking melodies and plenty of kick alongside with melodic singer. Great stuff.

Of The Sun + Moon - Sacred Blade
Very cool release mixing heavy and progressive metal with little bit of everything still keeping it amazingly well together. Quite extraordinary release in my opinion. I find this band able to create quite magical feeling at times. For fans of Judas Priest and Crimson Glory etc.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Crimson Glory - Crimson Glory
Very melodic yet staying heavy enought. This stuff is complex enought. Not your every-day heavy metal band here, these guys had talent! If youre not bothered by quite melodic edge and high pitched vocals I strongly suggest you check this out!
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Metalized - SWORD
Pretty US-sounding late 80's heavy metal here.
Sound very heavy and melodic same time. If youre looking for album with heavy sound and catchy melodies in same package then here it is.

dungeoncrawler's rating:

Honour & Blood - Tank
Motörhead'ish sound but slightly more melodic at times. Damn fine album.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

This Means War - Tank_V
Same as for Honour & Blood album, except maybe not quite as heavy here.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Reign of Terror - Wild Dogs
I'm bad categorizing albums like this. Its late 80's US-heavymetal. But at times quite damn speedy. It has weird tricks in sleeve, like rhythm changes and breaks, but I still wouldnt say it sounds any progressive. Propably technical heavy/speed or something.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Collision Course - Paradox
German thrash, Paradox goes bit more technical here than before, not so straight forward at times.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Hellbound - Warlock
This shit screams for 80's, a bit commercial sounding heavy/speedmetal with good female vocs. Great stuff to play at your car!
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Kärgeräs - Root
Heavy/thrash/black or something.. alot of melodic moments. Definitely a mood-album.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

History of a Time to Come - Sabbat
Speed/thrashmetal from UK with a bit heavymetal touch. Razorsharp agressive growling vocals.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Rock You to Hell - Grim Reaper
80's heavymetal at its all good and bad. Yes its damn cheesy, it has high pitched vocals and its damn fun! Catchy as fuck.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Delirious Nomad - Armored Saint
US heavymetal with slight touch of power perhaps? Midrange vocals of John Bush add nice touch. In my opinion Saint has some of the best slow/ballads ever plus very nice solos. R.I.P for the guitarist, great solos.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

March of the Saint - Armored Saint
Early Saint, bit more straightforward, still good and fun stuff to listen.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Dominator - Cloven Hoof
Quite melodic stuff yet straight forward enought to keep it action packed, 80's heavymetal at its best, at least close.
dungeoncrawler's rating:

Danger Zone - Sinner
German heavymetal with hardrock touch at times. Straight forward and damn dirty! Way it should be..
