Back when the 1st Deadpool movie came out and it was a huge success, there were people on the internet who wondered what other characters should get a R-rated feature. One of the ones I thought about was Alison Blaire a.k.a. Dazzler.
I picture a story set after she's exposed as a mutant with flashbacks of her childhood, discovering her power, and a shortly lived career as a pop star. Down on her luck and looking for a new lease on life, Dazzler finds herself as part of an underground fight club that pits mutant against mutant. Perhaps the Hellfire Club runs the fights, and it's secretly being broadcast by someone working for the interdimensional being, Mojo. Maybe Longshot is one of the other fighters. Setting up a potential sequel for Mojoverse.
Style-wise, I was thinking of something in the vein of "Big Trouble in Little China" and "Escape from New York".

A demonic looking baby is discovered drifting down a river inside a basket, and is taken in and raised happily in a circus by a gypsy queen sorceress, until the circus is bought up by an American millionaire who chooses to exploit Nightcrawler and uses some pretty shady business practices; like drugging him so he wont escape. Eventually, Nightcrawler runs away and joins back up with his foster family where he discovers his brother has become a serial killer who targets mutant children.
Nightcrawler's origin is one I think is worthy of the big screen.

The story I'd really want to see explored in a feature length film, along with his origin, is the one about Mister Sinister and his obsession for the Summers genetic line, and how he's been manipulating things in Cyclops' life since childhood. Including, but not limited to, cloning Jean Grey.
An origin story about a shy studious young man, Brian Braddock, who takes a fellowship at a nuclear research center, after the death of his parents, where he's injured while trying to go for help during an attack on the facility. While lying there he's approached by legendary sorcerer Merlyn who offers him a chance to take up the mantle of superhero Captain Britain; and makes him choose between an amulet and a sword. Brian chooses correctly and is mystically bestowed with powers to protect the people of Britain.
This would be a great place to introduce the MCU's future version of Psylocke, since after all she is the fraternal twin sister of Captain Britain, so in a way it'd also be an origin story for her as well because her mutant abilities appear by the time she's 16 years old and she eventually joins a government organization, S.T.R.I.K.E., that often clashes with Captain Britain.
They have a brother, Jamie, who's 10 years older than the twins who gets involved with the criminal world after building a gambling debt and is forced to pay off those debts by way of robbery, murder, and slave-trading. At some point, his mind fractures and while he is dealing with mental illness; his own latent mutant reality warping ability surfaces. So, that could make for a great personal conflict when their own flesh and blood becomes a threat; but maybe save that for a sequel.

Hannibal King
I'm sure everyone expects Disney/Marvel to go straight to Blade when they finally decide to bring vampires into the MCU, but I say; why not do something different and start with someone like Hannibal King?
He's a private investigator who gets turned into a vampire by Deacon Frost, but chooses to not consummate the curse by never feasting on another person. Instead, he quenches his blood thirst via blood banks and corpses or animals.
As a vampire, his first battle is with Dracula; and while searching for Deacon Frost, he meets Blade who he eventually teams up with to defeat Frost. Hannibal King has had to fight a Blade doppelganger.
His path crosses with Doctor Strange while investigating the death of a friend by the hands of a group called the Darkholders.

Considered to be Marvel's version of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, even though she's the daughter of Ulysses Bloodstone; a monster-hunter introduced to Marvel Comics in 1975.
With superhuman strength, speed, durability and endurance, and a regenerative healing factor; and all of the alien creatures that are showing up on Earth in the MCU, Elsa Bloodstone would make for an interesting addition to help deal with them.

Darkhold Redeemers
The Darkhold is a tome of ancient black magic.
Darkhold Redeemers is a group, lead by Victoria Montesi, that specializes in dealing with the Darkhold and it's effects especially after pages from the tome start showing up in the hands of mortals who become corrupted by the power of the Darkhold.
As we eventually delve deeper into the mystical side of the MCU that Doctor Strange introduced, I think the Darkhold Redeemers would be a great and unexpected choice.

Apache Skies
It doesn't have to be connected to the MCU, but I'd like to see Marvel bring to life it's Western characters. Two-Gun Kid, Kid Colt, Apache Kid, Phantom Rider, Arizona Annie, etc...
Show the people responsible for the DC Comics adaptation of Jonah Hex how it's done, or should've been done.

Disney buys most of 20th Century Fox; which means that, once everything's been finalized, Disney will have the rights to almost all of Marvel's characters. Expect to see The X-Men and The Fantastic Four joining the MCU sometime in the near future. Personally, I hope Marvel/Disney and Kevin Fiege will continue to take risks when it comes to giving characters movies, like Guardians of the Galaxy, Doctor Strange, and Captain Marvel.
