There's someone watching your footsteps, turn around, look at me."
The music itself is already frightful but The Vogues voices make some ironic feeling on it. I don't know if it's suppose to be romantic but please, I don't think it's a good idea someone walking behind me and watching my footsteps. I also admit I can't hear it at night, especially when the door behind me is opened.
Song: Turn Around and Look At Me
Played at: Final Destination 3
By the garden of the willow tree
And tiptoe through the tulips with me"
I gotta admit: I can't hear this song until the end.
Song: Tiptoe Through The Tulips
Played at: Insidious
Better lock it in your pocket, taking this one to the grave (...)
'Cause two can keep a secret when one of them is dead"
The beat itself was enough to make this a creepy song, but I can't say I'm not worried about this lyrics about take a secret to my grave...
Song: Secret
Played at: Pretty Little Liars
the fourteenth, in quiet regret.
And those still alive, know the secret survives,
in the darkness, that looms in the night."
A music that tells about Valentine's killer "Harry Warden" and the small city of Henniger Mine. I think you know what's the song about if you've watched the movie.
Song: The Ballad of Harry Warden
Played at: My Bloody Valentine (original)
When I want you in my arms, when I want you (..)
All I have to do is dream (...)
I need you so, that I could die"
Another ironic "romantic" song. You've just watched Freddy Krueger, the dream's killer, taking care of some teenagers and when the nightmare seems to be over you can hear this thing about "I want you in my arms on my dreams"... ok It's scary, you got to admit.
Actually I think I didn't need Freddy to make me shiver with this song...
Song: All I Have to Do Is Dream
Played at: A Nightmare on Elm Street (remake)
I don't want to spoil anything so... watch the movie and you'll understand.
Song: Jeepers Creepers
Played at: Jeepers Creepers
Unenlightened shadows cast
Down through all eternity
The crying of humanity."
Great movie great song. Scary movie scary song.
Isn't it the perfect soundtrack for a killing scene?
Song: Hurdy Gurdy Man
Played at: Zodiac
Gonna tell everybody, what we're gonna do,
Climb aboard cuz you got nothing to lose,
If you miss this train i, feel sorry for you."
Just after a Train accident.
Song: Love Train
Played at: Final Destination 3
I haven't watched the movie or anything, just found it on youtube and well, it's pretty scary too.
Song: I Wanna Be Loved By You
Played at: House of 1,000 Corpses
Rollercoaster, uh uh uh."
Funny music, right? No. At least not after you've just watched some teenagers being killed on a bloody rollercoaster accident.
Song: Love Rollercoaster
Played at: Final Destination 3
Can movies turn a pop song into one of the creepiest songs? I think they can...
