Three years ago, Lotor's Fleet of Doom was defeated by Voltron. In the final battle, a megablast ripped Lotor's command ship to pieces. Lotor's twisted body was found in the wreckage; he was barely alive. Alliance doctors stitched and welded Lotor back together, using iron plates and bionic parts. His hideous new metallic face was almost unrecognizable. He vowed revenge on those who made him this way. The Voltron Force once again gathered to make Voltron and fight evil.
