Craziest movie ever

Let me start by saying that this is the craziest action movie I have ever seen. I don't mean crazy in the sense it has crazy action scenes (it has), or crazy characters (it has..) or a crazy story (it does have...), I mean crazy on the freaking whole, the whole movie is crazy and has a crazy concept, and that is what made it interesting and entertaining to me.

So basically a group o... read more

What could be better than watching a Japanese zombie movie where they have sword and gun fights in the woods. It's directed by Ryuhei Kitamura who also directed Midnight Meat Train and No One Lives. The guy is crazy with what he comes up with. The co-writer Yûdai Yamaguchi also did a film in ABC's of Death which I didn't like. Anyways let's see how this goes.

Tak Sakaguchi is Prisoner KSC2-303, a criminal who has just escaped from a maximum-security prison. After he heads to the Forest of Resurrection to rendezvous with some gangsters, KSC2-303's escape plan veers off course when an argument with one of the gangsters leads to death. Worse still, KSC2-303 finds out the hard way that when you kill something in the Forest of Resurrection, it doesn't stay dead!

"Re-watch - Dec. 18th I picked up Versus on Blu this year & wanted to watch the Ultimate cut. And while more Versus is always a good thing in my book, watching it after dinner on a Saturday night I actually fell asleep in the middle of it. I blame that on my getting my Covid booster, though, not the film itself. Ah well, guess I'll just have to watch it again sometime soon."

" Date: 9/21/2021 Viewed: Blu-Ray (Arrow Video) Re-Watch Note: It's been years since I have seen Versus and I decided to check out the ultimate cut on Blu-ray. I remember watching this movie 20 years ago on a fansub VHS tape, and it was a crazy ride. After watching it again 20 years later, Versus is still an awesome movie in my opinion. Versus is filled with non - stop action for over 2 hours. This film has over-the-top action, blood, gore, zombies, hot women, and hot men rolled into one craz"

Miika's Movie Diary - 2018 (222 movies items)

These feels slightly inspired by The Matrix and Highlander with the addition of zombies/demons. It's wheels of crazy and silly as you would of course expect from a Japanese film. Some of the jokes are pretty funny too. It is more of an action sci-fi film with horror elements thrown in. The action is of course badass with some crazy bloody death scenes. The score is excellent. The writing is a little bit inconsistent in pla” read more
