A fun, true story from Australia with great singing moments and likable characters who keep you smiling throughout. I was not impressed with the direction and the unnecessary parts that weren't based on the real story. Mainly, how does a soldier get the chance to just follow his love interest around Viet Nam, as if he were a college dropout in the USA?
