This is nothing more than a quality action film! It was without doubt one of my favourites as a kid. The storyline is crazy, but the faceoff between Stallone and Snipes is one of the funniest and most memorable from the 90s.

John Spartan is a hard-as-nails cop who will stop at nothing to get his man, even if it means razing city buildings to the ground. Eventually his wanton destruc... read more

By now, I must have seen most of the action flicks starring Sylvester Stallone and, to be honest, I think that most of them are pretty weak and boring but I have to admit that they are a few exceptions and this movie is definitely one of them. Indeed, I actually saw the damned thing in the movie theater when it was released and, since then, it has always been one of my guilty pleasures. I mean, su... read more

"8.6. Wesley Snipes vetää hullumoodissa ympäri kaupunkia ja aiheuttaa itselleen ja häntä jahdanneelle Stallonen esittämälle poliisille syväjäädytystuomion. Paha megapamppu sulattaa Snipesin 40 vuotta myöhemmin ja pistää menneisyyden tappokoneen murhaamaan 2030-luvun kapinallista. Ainoa ratkaisu menneisyyden rikollisen nujertamiseksi on sulattaa menneisyyden poliisi, koska nykyajan poliisit ovat lapsenomaisia idiootteja, jotka eivät tiedä väkivallan nujertamisesta enää mitään"

"Re-watch - Dec. 23rd OK, so I'd originally intended to follow the 3 films above with a Hammer horror movie, but the timing didn't work out right. By the time I was done with dinner I wasn't in the mood to sit through another self-serious horror movie, I wanted something that's fun. Enter Demolition Man. I love the world-building in this film, the oddball future reality is an endless source of amusing moments. Snipes chews scenery like his life depends on it and goes over the top with his perfor"

" DVD- 1hr. 55min. First Viewing Exceptionally stupid, but not too stupid. It's a shoot-em-up action flick with goofy dialogue and pacing issues, but the story is pretty funny, and there is some decent satire (at times). It's all just so over-the-top that it becomes infectious. Best viewed in the Summertime, or the build-up to it. Monthly Wesley AwardsBest Makeup Best Visual Effects"

" MDK - Murder Death Kill, Last recorded offense, September 25, 2010. Sadly, It was not meant to be, but who wants to live in a society where we can get no sex in the old fashioned way? Sylvester Stallone and evil Wesley Snipes is transported to a peace and no-war society where they continue to be enemies, but it seem pretty idiotic that someone keeps all the ammunition to weapons in a museum together with the hardware. Light touches of humor help the film enormously, but the action scenes never "

The future kind of sucks. (365 movies items)

"Reason for the future sucking: Violence has resulted in criminals being cryo frozen, commercial ads taken over, as popular music, stuff like loud music, violent movies, swearing, fast food, and sex, being considered bad, and thus outlawed, and Taco Bell winning the fast food wars. And unprepared for a bad ass, like Simon Phoenix. Interesting facts: In the European version, it's Pizza Hut, that wins the fast food war, Scott Peterson is listed as one of the cryo prisoners. This is merely a coi"
