What the hell. This is officially very bad. Only surpassed in it's awful by the sequel which was a highlights reel of this eh! 
Some post appocalyptic thing like Mad Max but on skates. Weird trippy, disjointed and highly b-grade. This is cutting edge like scissors in melted butter. Made to go immediately to VHS do not pass go.
In a futuristic society, a sword-wielding roller skater fights evil ninjas, punk roller skaters and is sent on an important rescue mission
