Film Journal 2019 (225 movies items)

"The most shockingly inept action filmmaking this side of a Samurai Cop. Leo Fong is an incredible leading man as not only does he look but also has the exact walk of a mid-80s version of Halloween-slasher Michael Myers. There are so many scenes that make no sense due to how they're edited and the score is more often than not some noise that would be more at home in a nightmare sequence of a David Lynch B-project. That is when it isn't slapping pop music played over massacres of innocents who do "
