"First viewing - June 26th Kandisha would probably better complement The Old Ways but it wasn't too drastic a shift from the film that preceded it. It's sort of a French version of Candyman, a little predictable but entertaining and not afraid to get dark. The cast is pretty good, and it's nice to see the film led by a trio of females. I'm not sure the film entirely follows its own logic though, which detracted a little. I thought it was worth a look though."
