“I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this flick but since I have a weak spot for Sam Worthington and since it was on Netflix, I thought I might as well check it out. Well, to be honest, it took me too long to really get into the damned thing. Indeed, the whole thing was really grim, not only the tone but also visually speaking. Furthermore, even though Worthington is always charismatic, I never really cared about his character and the rest of his family was even less interesting. It probably had to with the fact that none of these characters was really developed. And, yet, from the moment the family of the main character did disappear, I have to admit that the whole thing actually did grab me. Indeed, it actually turned out to be fairly clever.
