October 2021 Horrorfest (70 movies items)"Re-watch - Oct. 31st My daughter & I agreed that we'd tackle Elvira's 40th Anniversary Special on Shudder for Halloween, & this was the first film. Unlike the Joe Bob experience, there were no guest stars, & fewer & shorter pauses during each film. And that was more what I'd expected from a horror host. We had a great time all around, even though we watched this film not long ago, & I thought we were headed for success... Streaming on Shudder"

Movies the giraffe watched in 2020: July (30 movies items)"Re-watch - July 29th The kiddo wound up spending some extra time with me this week, so on this night I insisted we watch a movie after dinner. Since I'm dropping Hulu I wanted to make sure she was introduced to Elvira before time ran out. And she enjoyed it mostly, though she complained throughout (not unfairly) about all the objectification going on. The film is just too much fun to resist though, much as I said last time I watched it."
