Notes:
*I wasn't too sure what to think of this with the trailer not really grabbing me to be honest.
*I mostly didn't care for it because of Melanie Lynskey being kind of boring to me.
*This is Macon Blair's first movie as a director although he wrote a horror movie called Monkey's Paw as well.
*Anyways it's a Netflix original and I was bored so I decided to tune in.

I had no idea what to expect from this movie but since it was recommended by one of my favorite listal members, I thought I might as well check it out. Well, to be honest, even if it turned out to be a decent watch, I'm afraid it didn't really work for me. Well, to be honest, even if it turned out to be a decent watch, I'm afraid it didn't really work for me. I mean, the beginning was pretty good and I really liked the main character thanks to a solid performance by Melanie Lynskey. Concerning Elijah Wood, he was also pretty good, even if his character was slightly too quirky for my taste. Eventually, the main issue I had was that, even though the state of mind of the main character was interesting and relatable, I just didn't care much about her quest.
