"Jiang, a drifter, poses as the man who killed a notorious bandit and claims the prize money. He uses the money to learn kung fu and gets entangled in a conspiracy. This is the movie in which Jackie Chan finally took creative control of his work. It's pretty much typical comedy kung-fu nonsense for an hour; most of it tests the patience, but some of it is funny such as Jackie trying to be Popeye after eating some spinach.
