Three of the six Venom's, Chiang Sheng, Phillip Kwok, and Lu Feng, star in this fast-paced, brutal 'Heroic Bloodshed' movie. Lot's of people die (this being a Chang Cheh movie, mostly men), some of them not so much ugly, but mean deaths. The fighting is weapons based with an emphasis on tridents and this being a Venom's movie there's a high degree of agility on display.

"First viewing - April 8th Masked Avengers was slated to leave Netflix (along with several other Shaw Bros. movies) on April 9th, and since this was in my queue I figured I'd try it before it left. It started out well enough, but after a while I started getting sleepy and fought to stay awake through the rest of it. From what I saw though it was just an average kung fu movie centered on revenge. But hey, at least it wasn't overrun with training scenes...so that's something I guess. "
