I just started watching this about a month ago. I was skeptical, skipping past it every time I was sifting through Netflix. I finally mustered up and gave it a go. 'Narcos' immediately draws you in, especially the first scene with Pablo Escobar, viciously portrayed by Wagner Moura. This show doesn't seem to have any missteps along the way, it never feels dull. Each conversation (and there are many) is there for a reason, and almost every actor is up to the task. It's a tension builder type of show for sure, but worth it all the way. Brilliant entertainment, and perhaps Netflix' best feat yet.

These top 3 picks (Narcos, House of Cards) are not easy to arrange. 'Black Mirror' came out of nowhere for me. I had heard of it, but like many things I watch, I ignored it for awhile. To put it simply, this series is pure gold, it's amazing. I've seen nothing like it before. Each segment has its own unique genius, and MAYBE one or two "weak" ones. But even those are great fun. I'm looking forward to giving 'Black Mirror' another go around very soon. Arguably the best Netflix original, but 'Narcos' may have something to say about that.
