After watching this movie my guts felt weird and It really makes me question how sick a human can be just because of money. Also a true story. What makes this feeling even worse...

this movie is indeed a hardcore one, but does not lack of amazing film skills. the tale of 3 retarded (yes, they do use this word), and a rich writer who want's to escape his routines, on their way to perform and win a Punk Rock gig. I have never seen such scum of human being before. That's why movies exist...

The movie is about a couple who travel by car to where ever they want and kill anyone who gets in their way. Oh yes, their love is strong, even the prison scene is one of the most badass things i've ever seen in a movie. ALso starring Robert Downey junior, who plays the role of a crazy host.

Ellen page's first big role ( i googled it, no it's not, but fuck it), and my favorite one she's ever been in.
14 year old girl meets a 30 year old guy in a chat room and they decide to meet each other. At the beginning everything seems nice and comfy, but when they come home to the guy, things change all of a sudden. Hysterical mind game about pedophilia . Girl wants to cut off balls from the guy. Literally! it's a great cat and mouse movie.... but who is the cat and who is the mouse?

This is a very depressing movie and a visual new expierience. Neglected by her parents, deeply in love with a boy she's fantazizing about, and having conversations with herself.
She plays the role of a 15 year old who has to find her brother and bring him back home. Sad ending.

I don't know where to start with this one. I watched it like 3 times, and it gets me everytime.
The story about a butcher's life, who never had anything, and lives in the center of shit. . His life is a complete mess, until it gets worse when he beats up his pregnant psycho wife and escapes from his everydayl life. you think he's happy now? nu-uh.. The only thing that reminds him om love, is his daughter, which is living in a home for girls all alone for almost all her life. Not a movie against lovesickness. The movie also shows the bad economy in france...just sayin'

well... I thought no movie could shock me anymore, but this one gave me a big kick in the heart.
The story of a nymphomaniac. Many sex scenes, sadomasochistic fetish, violence, and tons of pictures of human genitals.
even if you see the actress fucking a lot, you will always feel a bit sorry for her. brilliant actors. the dialogs are very inspiring

by the way, this movie is not a softporno, as many stupid people might say. who finds this movie beddable or good to fap to, should seriously think about their sexuality. That's just disgusting

I watched this movie a lot. I just love it.
The story of 2 teenage boys who got in touch with pedophiles when they were younger, and the consequences of it later in their teenager lifes. One becomes a gay hooker, the other one believes that he has been kidnapped by aliens when he was younger.

A man who's been locked away for 15 years wants to take vengeance. It's a long journey of memories, love, and hate till he gets to the one who locked him up. Awesome plot.
I like the soundtrack to that movie, and the actor is great. I love the hammer scene. Just love it.

I don't know what kind of movie this is, I would say war movie, but the whole plot takes place in jacob's everyday life.
Pure nightmare of somebody who used to fight in the vietnam war. Basicly the "life after vietnam". Spoopy movie. demons and shit... don't watch it alone at 1 am, yoU'll get nightmares.

okay maybe this movie wont change anything in your life....but you have to watch at least 1 movie that fucks your mind up.

This movie is a drama, that shows the life of junkies, dealers and the victims of pharma industries. There are only 4 charakters in the movie who have touching stories, and their lives change in a very depressing way. There are not many movies wich show the addiction misery as good as requiem for a dream. You'll learn a lot by this film, and the images are stunning.

The movie is based on true events from jim carrol's life, played by leonardo dicaprio. Jim has been a great basketballplayer, but he quit because of his heroin addiction, and He's only 16 years old. He leaves his home and his mother and loses his best friends. Very nice movie, but also funny. I love the music in the movie!

The movie is scottish!! a bunch of 20 year old people who hang out at a friends place to consume heroin. One girl even has her babie with her...that's disturbing.
A nice way to show the new generation how the old one works. It's not only about drugs, it's about chainging generations, friendship, death. The charakters are the best, especially the one who freaks out about everything, with his porno mustache lol

The only romantic movie i watched in the last 3 years, and it was awful... awful in a good way!
Why would you erase your memories of a person, especially a person you used to love? I like the fact that this is possible in the movie. You simply walk to the doctor and he handles your brain, and in the next morning you forgot about the person, and you don't even know they exist.
During the process, the forgetting process, Joel (Jim carrey) gets to see his memories with clementine (kate winslet) one last time, and she's trying to fight it. they realize they actually love each other. But there's no hope
The ending is surprising and sad. Oh man, it's really sad if you think about it...

This is more than a bloody revenge movie, it's pure inspiration. The story is gripping, the actress is fucking hilarious, and every single chapter must have been written by a genius, because it's that good.
Well, I like kill bill vol. 1 more than vol. 2 , maybe because i didn't like the ending of vol.2. But that's just my opinion ^^

Now this movie is a classic one.
Alex delarge, a rebelious teenager and his droogs, do tons of shit. until one day alex gets locked away and becomes the victim of a risky experiment. very sad and girpping story. and very funny at some parts

A young texan man called joe, goes to new york to have sex with older woman. he soon realizes that the people are very different here than they are in texas. then he meets ricco (played by dustin hoffman), a guy who is very sneaky, and they soon become friends, and try to find new ways to get money, while they live in riccos very dirty, bedraggled apartment. ricco also suffers under a disease that causes bad cough and nearly brings him to death, all he wants is to go to florida. joe even prositues himself for money to make riccos wish come true. The movie has ups and downs, it's a nice story between two friends, and i think there's a little gay love too... but i don't know.

This movie is visually funny for your eyes and mind. the special thing of the movie: it's played backwards. That means the movie starts with the last chapter, and ends with the first. man, the streets of france seem very dangerous at night. another special thing in the movie: there's no cut. the whole scene was recorded with one camera all at once. that's very impressive. and don't forget the 10 minute rape scene of the movie. just awful.

i felt empty after watching the movie,, and felt lucky for myself that I don't have to know what it's like to become blind.
selma (björk) is not a very attractive woman and she has a great passion for musicals. She works in a metal factory and has a 12 year old son. But her destiny isn't very happy. She's getting blinder everyday, and can barely see anything. She makes herself happier by turining her life into a musical.

The movie has much power, and a sudden turn, when she has to kill her best friend. very sorrowful movie

I watched this documentary when i was 14, and it made me cry.
It's about the dolphin massacres in japan. 30.000 dolphins are getting killed every year, and only the "beautiful" ones get picked for dolphin shows. They also sell the (poisonous) meat of the dolphins as "usual whale" meat. Dolphins are way cheaper than other whales. But the people in japan don't know that! A team from america is sneak into the active surveillance cove and record the man how they kill the dolphins in a very brutal way, and then show it to the world. This mission was very dangerous

It's the most unrealistic action movie in history (what's pretty funny actually). where you can get ran over by a car 5 times and can't die, but you faint when someone punches you with a rock. welcome to sin city *lol*

But this is also a movie after the original comic sin city by frank miller.
It contains 3 gripping stories, and the way they talk is incredible. So much passion and poetry in their voice. Even if this movie was recorded on a big ass green screen, the actors were great, and the movie has kept the visual comic image. tons of vieolence and guns, love and revenge. That's awesome

Instead of writing his article he and gonzo literally are tripping their brains out, with any drug you can imagine (but only the happy ones), and ruin every hotel room they've been in. Funny and inspiring.

I put this movie on this list because it's worth to watch it. A movie in the ego perspective from oscars view. He's a dealer and almost a junkie and he lives with his little sister in japan. their lives contain drugs, partying and sex. until oscar has to face his end. gripping movie. Stunning images with hilarious hallucinations and stuff. Nothing for people who are crazy about drugs or have cold turkey

watched this movie at school and I was amazed.
A movie about a mental sick Woman who's in love with her neighbor. The first half of the movie you can see her perspective of the way she loves him, and what they share together.
In the second half you see his perspective, Shit's getting real when you realize how fucked up the woman actually is!

Gross and bizarre, but a good movie with good hidden messages about our society through different generations. The movie contains 3 stories, one about the sick horny grandfather during the 2nd world war, then the story of a fat guy's (the son of the horny grandpa) career in fast eating competitions, and the story of his son, who is an animal preparateur.... who stuffs himself to death at the end. yeah.. nuff said.

I think this movie has no deeper meaning hidden in the script, the script and the punchline is hidden in yourself while you're watching. make your own opinion

An arrogant photographer of the sixties is taking pictures of a couple in the park and discovers a murder after he printed the pictures.
this is not a crime movie, it's a sensible film you have to watch closely.
You could watch it more than once to discover more and more.
Besides that plot, society of the 60's in London is shown very well. The fashion, the music, the behavior of people.
Not for everyone to watch, but if you love movies, than this work of art will fascinate you

The images in this film will be stuck in my head forever. A small town somewhere in Ohio was destroyed by a big tornado, and the life after that is not what I would call comfortable... The movie shows the life of diverse (retarded) people of this town and a little story of 2 friends who don't have any education or jobs, except for killing cats and having sex with a chubby girl. Some stories, like the bunny boy, are represented in a surreal way. The movie is not for everyone to watch, it's very frustrating..

The little girl matilda has to live together with her neighbour leon, after her family had been murdered by drug dealers (also they are policeman. wtf). leon is a hitman, and matilda wants to learn from his skills as a professional killer to take revenge on the guys who killed her beloved little brother, and matilda falls in love with the much older and handsome leon.

Waking Life is a basic tutorial for lucid dreaming and also brings us closer the philosophical reasons why we live, how and why we communicate, what society has become, or is leading us to. The People talking in the movie seem to be the biggest prophets you will ever hear talking in a movie, i guess. I've never heard something so logical and complicated at the same time, that blows my mind. You will overthink some things after watching that movie.

The mission is to stop that guy from destroying the world. It says alot about what power does to people once they've got it, and what power lies within us, if we learn to controll outselves...

A surrealistic Masterpiece which takes place in a dystopian shaft controlled and owned by an unknown goverment. The higher you are on the platform the more you get the chance to eat as much as you want as long as the food table is at your height. After the beep, it get's down onto the next platform, and the next people can eat from what is left, till the beep returns to keep going down to the rest of the people who are trapped in this prison like atmosphere. Intense to watch and a lot of cannibal vibes in there...
