Most Hypnotic Chris Walken Performances

Before he was scaring us with his vampiric presence, Walken made us feel scared for him in this Cronenberg classic.

As I mentioned on my Walken-A-Thon list, this is during the era of Walken known as Hypnotic and Quasi-Vampiric Walken. Walken is so creepy but yet so alluring in this, it's so hard not to be hypnotized by him in this.

Walken has played a hypnotic dark angel more than once, and this is one of those times. Morty isn't evil even though he is the angel of death, but there are some very hypnotic scenes with him.

The beggining of the Hypnotic And Quasi-Vampiric Walken era. He is so mesmerizing in this movie.

Walken reallly vamps it up here as Tom.

Mike Wellington may be robotic but he is so charming and alluring it is easy to look past that. The perfect specimen.

A few of these skits i'm about to mention aren't even on the dvd, but there's one in particular that gets to me it's the Mary Catherine Gallagher skit where the title character is sent to the councilor's office and has that fantasy sequence where she dances with the Councillor who is played by Walken. Walken dance scenes are always so hypnotic and enchanting, like something out of a gothic fairy-tale.

The Continental can also be quite an alluring character to and luckily he's featured on the dvd as well as the cowbell skit.

It is worth noting that Burton was allegedly afraid of Walken. But who could be scared of such an elegant and hypnotic being?

The fact Walken's character is one letter away from the name of Nosferatu's actor helps.

This is the Walken movie my mother remembers seeing her first glimpse of him, it is very haunting and the scene at the end is just heartbreaking. I felt so sorry for his character during the roulette scene.

I could not find the Closed On The Account Of Rabies album that contains this piece, but Walken's reading of the Raven is hypnotic. Walken just has a voice that makes you want to obey him.

If it wasn't for the fact Zorrin was a nazi experiment, you could easily assume that Zorrin was a vampire. After all - he does have hypnotic blue eyes and is probably the most bloodthirsty Bond villain you'll ever meet.

Oh boy, the Hessian. This is the Walken role that made me a fan of his to begin with. I mean, the hypnotic aqua blue eyes...that black armour, that spiked up hair, those sharp pointed teeth and his ghostly pale skin.

Call me a little bit morbid but I wouldn't mind being bitten by him. I often have dreams of Walken and this is the role I see him in.

Walken is deffinitely looking vampire-like here, even though he's not a vampire here.

The music video for this song is mind-blowing, and also it's around this point that makes me think that Walken really is vampiric, because in this video he flies.

While I do not believe in the illuminati, I would so consider joining a cult if Chris Walken was the leader. A cult of Walken if you will, the fact he's playing an actual historical figure here helps.

His reading of The Three Little Pigs is enough to hypnotize anyone. I wish I had his voice.

You know how I said that the 90's was Walken's quasi-vampiric era? Well I was not kidding. This movie is a vampire flick with Walken in it and Walken is the vampire.

I never thought that a mere children's movie would have an impact on me, but there is this one scene that gets to me. The lullaby scene where Puss sings his master to sleep. The way Walken sings it it's just so..eerie but beautiful.

This has the bonus honor of being on here for having an actual hypnosis related scene in it, plus Walken is mesmerizing in this movie.

This one was a doozie to find because the title is different depending on where you live but he was very mesmerizing in this. Not that the shapeshifting druid mummy princess isn't, but still.

I can't help it. It's just...wow, the outfits he wears, in particular the red kimono when Feng is first introduced - it reminds me so much of Bram Stoker's Dracula.

The scene that gets me? The scene in the church. That shot of his hypnotic eyes was just so mesmerizing.

He is not evil in this one but he still has his hypnotic Walkeny charm, and it is a shame he's not in the other sequels that came after this.

There's just something about Walken dancing and singing that just mesmerizes people, but the You're Timeless To Me number just gets get me everytime.

Prophecy II is perhaps the second best of the archangel Gabriel saga. Walken is ace here as usual, very menacing, creepy, alluring and hypnotic all at once.

After seeing the dance scene with him and Tia Carrere, it made me wish that I was Walken himself.
