Angel (1999)

5.15: A Hole in the World
Fred: Would you have loved me?
Wesley: I've loved you since I've known you. No, that's not-I think maybe even before.
Fred: I'm so sorry.
Wesley: No, no, no.
Fred: I need you to talk to my parents. Th-they have to know I wasn't scared, th-that it was quick. That I wasn't scared. Oh, God.
Wesley: You have to fight. You don't have to talk, just concentrate on fighting. Just hold on.
Fred: I'm not scared. I'm not scared. I'm not scared. Please, Wesley. Why can't I stay?

5.22: Not Fade Away
Illyria: Would you like me to lie to you now?
Wesley: Yes. Thank you, yes.
[Illyria morphs into Fred]
Wes: Hello there.
Illyria: Oh Wesley. My Wesley.
Wes: Fred, I've missed you.
Illyria: It's gonna be okay. It won't hurt much longer and then you'll be where I am.
Illyria: We'll be together.
Wes: I-I love you.
Illyria: I love you. My love. Oh, my love.

I was obviously a huge fan of both Wes and Fred so watching them die was horrifying.

Walter: You are turning down one and a half million dollars.
Jesse: I am not turning down the money, I am turning down you! You get it?! I want nothing to do with you! Ever since I met you, everything I ever cared about is gone! Ruined, turned to shit, dead, ever since I hooked up with the great Heisenberg! I have never been more alone! I HAVE NOTHING! NO ONE! ALRIGHT, IT’S ALL GONE, GET IT? No, no, no, why…why would you get it? What do you even care, as long as you get what you want, right? You don’t give a shit about me!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997)

5.06 The Body
--
I can't watch anything from this episode without crying at least a little. The whole episode was moving.
Steph's rating:

Dead Like Me (2003)

2.14 Always
--
I don't know why, but I always get emotional when I watch this scene. I guess I'm really sensitive to animal death!
Steph's rating:

Dexter (2006)

4.12 The Getaway
Dexter: Born in blood. Both of us. Harry was right. I thought I could change what I am, keep my family safe. But it doesn't matter what I do, what I choose... I'm what's wrong. This is fate.
--
Super disturbing scene, but also extremely sad!
Steph's rating:

Doctor Who (2005)

2.13: Doomsday
--
I absolutely loved Ten and Rose, so this scene brought a lot of tears!
The End of Time: Part Two
Doctor: I don't want to go.
--
Probably the saddest moment for me in Doctor Who. I love love loved David Tennant and his last line was absolutely heart-wrenching. I miss him!
Steph's rating:

Game of Thrones (2011)

1.09 Baelor / 1.10 Fire and Blood

Catelyn: My boy. They have your sisters. We have to get the girls back. And then we will kill them all.
--
Although Ned's death was a shock, I found the grief of the Starks to be the most heartbreaking.
Steph's rating:

The Office (2005)
7.21 Michael's Last Dundies

7.22 Goodbye, Michael
Jim: And then tomorrow, I can tell you what a great boss you turned out to be. Best boss I ever had.
--
Basically any scene that involved Michael's departure from the office is so sad. I miss him!
Steph's rating:

Queer as Folk (2000)

1.22 Full Circle
Justin: Me neither. It's the best night of my life.
Brian: Even if it was ridiculously romantic.
Steph's rating:

Roswell (1999)

2.17 Cry Your Name
Isabel: Special powers don't help.
Steph's rating:

Six Feet Under (2001)
4.01 Falling Into Place
--
I think this is my favourite on this entire list. The others were upsetting but this was just.. powerful. Peter Kraus does such an excellent job here. Just the whole plot with not knowing what happened to Lisa and Nate fighting to do what his wife would want (to be close to the Earth in her after life) is so sad but so beautiful. Such a great show.
Steph's rating:

Skins (2007)

2.09 Cassie / 2.10 Everyone
Jal: I've been thinking about what Chris would have wanted me to say today. The advice he'd give me, which'd be something like, "Know what, babe? Fuck it. These guys know all about me. Tell them about someone else." So I thought I'd tell you about a hero of Chris's: a man called Captain Joe Kittinger. In 1960, climbing into a foil balloon, Captain Joe ascended 32 kilometres into the stratosphere. And then, armed only with a parachute, he jumped out. He fell for four minutes and thirty-six seconds, reaching seven hundred and forty miles per hour before opening his parachute five kilometres above the Earth. It had never been done before, and it's never been done since. He did it just because he could. And that's why Chris loved him; because the thing about Chris was, he said yes. He said yes to everything. He loved everyone. And he was the bravest boy— man—I knew. And that was—he flung himself out of a foil balloon every day. Because he could. Because he was. And that's why—and that's why we loved him.

Chris is my all time favourite Skins character. So shocking and sad to see him go :(

5.22 Swan Song

Chuck: So what's it all add up to? It's hard to say. But me, I'd say this was a test... for Sam and Dean. And I think they did all right. Up against, Good, Evil, angels, devils, Destiny, and God himself, they made their own choice. They chose family. And, well... isn't that kinda the whole point? No doubt--endings are hard. But then again... nothing ever really ends, does it?
