It doesn't have too much going for it, it's just a fun movie.

-A one dimensional villain who only wants to destroy the world.
-Nor as big and epic as the first one (Come on, aliens invading earth, a god messing with the Avengers minds, Iron Man going through a portal to save the world, and here, well, just a bunch of robots)

+ El conflicto proviene de una disputa ideológica, que es muy interesante y hace que la situación se vea más gris que en blanco y negro.

-Aunque elogié el conflicto, es algo estúpido de parte de Iron Man confiar en el gobierno solo porque algunas personas murieron en la última película de los Avengers. Quiero decir, más personas fueron salvadas por comparación.
-El plot twist de los padres de Tony se sintió demasiado conveniente.

-Peter Parker is just an annoying millenial. And his whole character feels really shallow.
-Iron Man gives him all of the gadgets he could need, so there's a lot of 'Inspector Gadget' conviniences.
'Oh, what a coincidence, i have the perfect gadget to escape from this situacion :D'
-Peter Parker is not a relatable character (you know, as how he was intended to be on the first place), he's not bad looking, is not akward, just a little clumsy, he could easily kick his bully's ass with no problem, (even before having his super powers)
-Talking about the bully, WHY IS THIS GUY A BULLY? People should bully him, he is not intimadating as the other versions of the character.

+ At last, not a MCU film with that stupid sarcastic humor that it's all over the place, ok, it suffers from this from time to time, but it's not as intrusive as the other ones.

- Boring villain, but, yes, it's a better villain than the average MCU villains.

- Too many conviniences, like 'hey, I have this special plant that can heal your wounds'
- Awful CGI and special effects in general.
