Leaving Las Vegas (1995)

Possibly my favourite movie with Nicolas Cage in it, he really shows his a brilliant actor in this film especially, though I'd say if you haven't seen it that it is, rather depressing.

The Machinist (2004)

I wasn't really a great fan of this film, but Christian Bale, his acting and dedication to the role is what sold it for me.

Children of Men (2006)

I definately loved the concept of the film and the action and Clive Owen is a really sweet hero, for me its weak point was the ending.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004)

Another Jim Carrey film, his character probably not as flamboyant as in the Cable Guy, but definately once again he plays another interesting character in an excellent picture.

Unbreakable (2000)

Though I felt the movie a bit short, I still think for what it is, that it was quite decent and I would certainly reccomend it to those whom haven't seen it.

The Truman Show (1998)

ANOTHER Jim Carrey movie, which makes me wonder if I should of just filled this list with his films, nah.
But this film whilst some call it a classic, alot of people let it go unnoticed.

Beverly Hills Ninja (1997)

Majority of people that I know, tend to think of actors like Mike Myers and Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy when thinking of actors that did films after Saturday Night Live, but Chris Farely in Beverly Hills Ninja, was completely hillarious.

Groundhog Day (1993)

I notice that it is on television a great deal, but still alot of people talk about Bill Murray in Ghostbusters and this movie deserves a mention, because we see Bill Murrays character completely change over the course of a film and that is something.

That aren't really talked about on a regular basis, but I own and highly reccomend all; this isn't a top list of my favourite films, just films that I believe went maybe just a little under the radar; note I encourage you to comment films you felt that should be added to the list and I'll likely give them a watch.
