My Injustice 2 Character Wishlist

With the return of several other deceased characters, a reappearance by Nightwing doesn't seem as impossible anymore.

Very unlikely now that Deadshot and Damian Wayne have been revealed. Deadshot is clearly replacing Deathstroke (even having a very similar super move), and a second gun-toting mercenary or sword-wielding martial artist would be redundant.

Voice Actor Wishlist: Fred Tatasciore, Ron Perlman, or J.G. Hertzler

Barbara Gordon is most likely, but I wouldn't mind Cassandra Cain, or even Stephanie Brown. Barbara was DLC for the first game, and Cassandra was exclusive to the mobile version.
