Listal's 100 Favorite TV Characters

I've been meaning to do a list like this ever since I got an account here, and here it is. Before voting, it would be wise for you to know the rules before voting, and a heads up, I'm not here all the time to update this since I have to go to a boarding school, but I'll try and do my best to update this list as much as I can when I'm home.

1. Any Listal member can vote for this list. However, if you must be a real Listal user, meaning no bogus accounts.

2. When choosing you're favorite characters, you must list them down from 1 to 10, with the 1st choice getting 10 points and the 10th choice getting 1 point.

3. Also, please list down who the character's actor/actresses for recognition and TV show for submission in case I'm not aware of the character.

4. In the case of a character that's part of an established franchise of shows, then you'll have to choose the one you like the best. For example, Batman is a very popular character, enough to have so many versions of the character, from the 60's show to the 90's animated show. In this case, you'd had to choose one or the other version.

5. if you leave the description of the character (Actor/actress or TV show), you're submission will not be approved.

6. And finally, if two characters receive the same amount of points/voters, the first character mentioned will jump ahead.
