They misjudge eachother from the beginning, but gradually learn of their mistakes . Revealing their love for one another they agree to marry.

Harry and Sally



For ten years Harry and Sally encounter eachother, circumstances always seem to put them together. Harry is the one who declares his love and despite Sally's 'protests' it is implied that she feels the same way about him and the pair kiss.

Aragorn and Arwen




In an amazing act of devotion, Arwen sacrifices her immortal life to be with Aragorn and most likely die with him.
Their desire to see eachother gives them strength in the long war against evil and eventually they are reuinted, married and free to spend their (mortal) lives together.

Johnny and Francis ('Baby')



The Rebel Johnny and Daddy's girl 'Baby' seem completely different at first, but familiarity allows them to experience very different sides to one another. Their affair is revealed to everyone and they almost split, until Johnny returns to show 'Baby' that he loves her.

Edward and Vivian



The relationship between a wealthy businessman and his hired prostitute does not seem romantic at all. But Edward is completely captivated by Vivian, who in turn is shocked by Edward's gentlemanly behaviour. They pair fall in love.

Mark and Bridget



Bridget and Mark's relationship is threatened by different people and events and they both believe that the other no longer loves them.
After a few misunderstandings and arguments, they realise how mistaken they were and Mark asks Bridget to marry him.
This is a perfect story of loving someone exactly as they are.

Tristan and Yvaine



Tristan's unrequited love for Victoria is gradually replaced by his love of Yvaine; who unlike Victoria, loves him back. Showing that sometimes the pefect person can be right in front of you.

Joel and Clementine



After one argument too many, both Clementine and Joel find themselves having their memories of eachother erased.
Joel however still cannot get Clementine out of his head, suffering fragments of memories he wanted to forget.
They both struggle to remember eachother, finally succeeding but feeling like strangers. But despite the unfamiliarity they agree to give their relationship another try.
Although the ending is inconclusive, you are left knowing that they will work it out, simply because they couldn't forget eachother.
