Ken Jenkins will never be forgotten as the amazingly quotable Doctor Kelso. On the television show scrubs he steals the show in every scene he is in, and it is amazing to think he barely knew half the stuff he said. The sweetest person in the world in real life Ken is well deserved on this list.
