I hit up another library sale in my area and found this gem on Olive films DVD. Never seen it but sounds amazing and an early Sidney Lumet film.

Dreamscape (1984)
Childhood favorite right here, and probably me at the peak of my Kate Capshaw obsession (which started with Temple of Doom). Never owned it on DVD so glad to finally add it to the collection.
Whistle Down the Wind (1961)
I returned to the same library sale as they were now having a 50% off sale and I stumbled across this DVD. The premise just sounded like the kind of 60s movies that are right up my alley.
Big fan of Tom Hulce and his 80s lions mane hair, so this was a natural purchase as I've never seen it before. Sounds kind of like your run of the mill erotic thriller, but hoping it's more than just that.
For some reason this movie has eluded me for years, despite being a big fan of Paul Schrader's work. I was able to find a newer "dual layer" DVD, so glad to finally be giving this a watch.
David Cronenberg takes on twisted fetishes and I'm titillated (is that the right word?). I haven't seen this since it was first released on video. We'll see how well it holds up but glad to find the Warner Archive DVD.
Across 110th Street (1973)
I've always heard good things about this, one of the better quality films to come out of the Blacksploitation era. I mean Anthony Quinn and Yaphet Kotto? I'm in.
I'm a sucker for indie foreign films of the 90s, this just had a great premise to it so I had to grab it.
The Peanut Butter Solution (1985)
I rarely ever buy new DVDs these days, but when Severin offers their back catalog titles for $3 I'm buying. #2 in the Canadian Tales for All series, and probably one of the strangest kids movies ever made, glad to finally be adding a childhood favorite to the collection.
Severin comes through with some Ozploitation classics, I almost bought this years ago when it was released as Escape 2000 on Anchor Bay DVD. Looking forward to finally seeing this flick directed by Brian Trenchard-Smith.
Stone (1974)
An early Ozploitation flick that features a lot of the actors that would later appear in Mad Max, most notably the always enjoyable Hugh Keays-Byrne. Not sure how well this one has aged, but glad to have it in the collection.
Been meaning to revisit this for some time now and when I stumbled across the Criterion DVD at a library sale for $1, I had to pick it up. It's definitely one of the heavyweights of Summer Blockbusters (which begs the question, why Criterion?).
Who's Harry Crumb? (1989)
This movie played a lot on HBO when I was a kid, I mean John Candy at the height of his 80's Comedy run playing a bumbling PI? Had to pick it up.
Jaws: The Revenge (1987)
Another guilty pleasure and childhood favorite, found the dual layer DVD at the GW for $2 so naturally I had to buy it.
I found this at a local library sale for $1, an 80s classic and yet another childhood favorite. Was holding out for the Shout Select Blu-ray but the DVD will serve me just fine.
Never heard of this one before but it looks very New York and very Italian with two 90's goombas Danny Aiello and Anthony LaPaglia. Found the Anchor Bay DVD at the Goodwill for 2 bucks.
I recently revisited Guy Ricthie's London underworld crime/comedy series (which started with Lock, Stock up to his recent release The Gentlemen). Revolver was the only one left to rewatch so glad to pick this up on DVD for $1 at a local library sale.
Curse of the Pink Panther (1983)
Note - the remaining titles in this list were found in a box outside one of my local libraries with a sign marked free. I could have taken a lot more, but was trying to be disciplined and only take what I was eager to see in the near future.
Looking forward to revisiting this one as I vaguely recall seeing it in my childhood years, all I can remember is that it was funny with a lot of sight gags throughout.

Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018)
Somehow this Star Wars origin story slipped past me when it was first released, so glad to finally be checking it out.
This was another one that was on my list, as I'm a huge fan of the director Jose Padilha (Creator of the Narcos series and director of the Elite Squad movies).
Bushwick (2017)
Very low expectations for this one, but I feel like Dave Bautista has a good track record in the B-movie world so hoping it's at least an enjoyable watch.
Tidal Wave (2009)
I heard good things about this one, not too many disaster movies from this side of the pond so looking forward to it.
Big fan of writer-director Dan Gilroy, but somehow this one slipped through the cracks for me. Glad to finally be giving it a watch.
United (2011)
This one I've never heard of, but as a fan of the team and I mean Jack O'Connell is great in everything so this must be good.
Long live physical media! This is a series of seasonal lists of my latest DVD acquisitions purchased at second hand shops, library sales, flea markets, etc.
