Easily one of Woody Allen's better later period films. At times it's a bit too familiar, but the great cast and beautiful setting keep the film light and entertaining.

Good, but highly overrated. As someone who has grown up with violent films, the climax doesn't carry the same punch as it would've in 1967.

Okay, but just really boring. The cast is great, with Clooney deservedly winning an Oscar for his performance. Tries to illustrate the U.S.'s dependence on foreign oil, except it doesn't really say anything new about it. This is the first and only time that I watched this, and the only real memory I have of it is that I shaved for the first time in the middle of it.

Other than the first-rate acting, it doesn't come across as anything more than an expensive Lifetime movie.

Really dislike this movie. It looks good, and the acting is good, but it just bored and confused the hell out of me. Maybe I'll rewatch it again someday to see if it's better than I remember.

It was a cold winter night, and I had just come back from my Grandfather's funeral needing a pick-me-up, and that's just what this was. Darkly hilarious and bitterly satirical, this is one of the best political movies ever made.

I still don't think it was a better picture than Pulp Fiction or The Shawshank Redemption, but it's still solid. Hanks is all-time great as the title character, with Gary Sinise, Robin Wright and Sally Field adding great support. It looks wonderful and it's well-directed, but at times it's really let down by a just-okay script.

Kinda like a global Crash, illustrating the disconnect between people and societies fairly well. The expansive ensemble cast is great, as is the direction. The writing for the most part is good too, but too often goes for the obvious choice.

A smart and enthralling sci-fi film with big ideas and excellent follow-through. Great in every department.

Not the Coen's best film, but it's wonderfully original and funny.

An incredibly disappointing sequel to an all-time classic. The effects are still great, but it's missing the one thing that made the original so great; fun.
