worst to best...Arnold

The pits and not taken lightly, Batman and Robin is enjoyable on a so bad its good scale, and theres so much more going on in that film to admire for awfulness. This on the other hand tries to be comedic then has a schizo moment halfway through when it decides it wants to be something entirely different, then a hero piece at the end. Dreadful.
